Dr. Scott Manning is the Dean of Global Programs.  He provides overall leadership and management of Global Programs, including the Global Opportunities (GO) Program and SU English Language Learners Program (ELL).  Dr. Manning also leads strategic planning of campus-wide international initiatives and overseas institutional relationships and ensures observance of best practices in risk management as well as safety and security.
